mile west of Silver Dollar City on Hwy76, features a
breathtaking view overlooking the beautiful
Ozark mountains from the private balcony. Why stay in a

have been chosen not only to provide comfortable seating
for great fellowship and enjoyment but also to put you
in a serene atmosphere for total rest and relaxation. |

Our queen size
bedrooms offer all the comforts of home with television
in each room. We have cable television and VCR, central
air and heat, private phone for local calls, hair
dryers, nice linens, thick and luxurious towels and many
more amenities. We can accommodate up to 6
people. |

This ground-level unit,
with no steps to climb, makes
this the perfect accommodation for all family
members. Just park right in front of the condo and
easily unload your luggage and groceries.

The fully furnished kitchen has wares to provide your morning coffee or tea, house your ice cream
after the shows or cook a complete Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings. |

Step out onto the
large deck from the living room or master bedroom to
enjoy your favorite morning beverage and soak in the
panoramic view the Lord has painted in the natural
setting of 100 plus wooded acres surrounding the
complex-- particularly beautiful when the leaves are
changing colors. |

| Look for the wild
turkey, squirrels, deer and many bird species, as well
as other critters forging through the property. The deck
is the perfect place to have morning devotions, a family
meal, a friendly sing-a-long, a leisurely nap in a
rocking chair, a jam session with your fellow musicians
or most importantly, a big chat with God. |

This
family-oriented property is perfect for family and
friend get-togethers, family reunions, church retreats,
honeymoons, or a much needed time of respite. Please
enjoy the nature trails, laundry facilities, playground
equipment for the kids, horseshoe pit, basketball goal,
2 swimming pools open from Memorial Day to Labor day
(bring your beach towels from home), covered picnic
areas with BBQ pits, or take a nice, quiet, safe, walk
or jog. |

There is
something for EVERYONE in Branson!!!
The property is very convenient
to the various places and attractions in Branson with
arrival, in most
cases, in 7 to 10 minutes, especially with the addition
of the new and modern roads added in the last
few years.
In close proximity, you can
enjoy large and small grocery stores, fast food and fine
dining
restaurants, water parks, 3 outlet malls, championship
golf courses, horseback riding, specialty shops,
museums, (Veterans, Wax, Ripley's Believe it or Not) the
over 40 theaters playing various types of
musical shows, stretching the gambit from gospel, the
70'S, country, rock, Broadway, hillbilly, big
name, little name, but with no doubt, exceptional and
second-to-none talent.
You can also enjoy Shepherd of
the Hills, Showboat Branson Belle, Celebration City,
Ride the Ducks, a unique fish hatchery, Titanic replica,
newly built Branson landing, train tour, Lake Taneycomo
and Table Rock Lake with trout and bass fishing, boat
launches, boat rentals, water sports, marinas, and other
family attractions that are all there for your enjoyment.
Don't forget about the wonderful
Christmas shows that begin the first week in November.
Branson is also host to many wonderful churches of all
denominations.
If you care for a side trip, within an hour's drive, you can find, Precious Moments
Museum, Lake of the Ozarks College, Laura Ingalls Wilder
Museum, Bass Pro Shop granddaddy, drive through caves,
Passion Play in Eureka Springs, AR, and many other
site-seeing and educational adventures. |

Rates |

You may
rent our condo at below rate prices on a nightly basis
of $125.00 nightly, including tax. We have a three (3)
night minimum. This rate is below the cost of a motel
when sharing with 2 couples and yet, you have all the
amenities of home.
We require the first night's
deposit ($125) to hold your reservation. The balance is
due thirty days before your trip. This is a
non-refundable deposit unless there are extreme
circumstances (death/ hospital stay) that would be taken
into consideration at the time of the trip and the
ability to rent the time you reserved. We ask that you
try to arrive after 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00
a.m.
